What colors do you offer for your products?

This varies depending on the item, but you will be able to choose from a wide range of color and size options for most products on the product page. Quantity can also be selected here.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, however only to the US, CAN, UK, and Australia. We look to expand in the near future. 

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one shipping option which is FREE. Most of our products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail to get them to you quickly after production.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

After you purchase your completed custom order, we start production as soon as possible to get your product to you ASAP. Production takes typically 2-3 days (5-7 days for shoes). Delivery Time is typically 2-4 days for most products (10-15 Days for shoes).
From placing your initial order to the product on your doorstep it typically takes 5-10 days depending on the product (slightly longer for shoes). International Orders should expect 10-15 days with a slightly longer delivery time for shoes.

Refunds/Returns

We can only offer refunds or returns for custom products that were received damaged. We cannot offer refunds for issues of wrong sizing or if the customer changes their mind on the product. Please use the sizing charts provided on the appropriate product page and make sure you are completely satisfied with the design prior to ordering your final product. 


We ask that you please provide a picture to info@petcassoprints.com with your order number if there are quality issues and we'd be happy to help.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

How secure is your site?

Petcasso Prints processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out as soon as we can, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. 

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. 

Can I track my order?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. In few cases it could take a few days once processing has been completed before valid tracking could show.

How does the sizing work for your products?

We have full sizing charts along with product descriptions that we encourage you to reference for each product. Please keep in mind that the Canvas + Bella T-shirts are a more trim stylish fit.

How are your shoes sized?

All of our shoes are in standard sizes. We do not currently offer any half sizes other than women’s 7.5. We also do not plan at this this time nor in the near future to offer other half sizes. Currently, we do not offer any wide sizes for shoes either. This is simply due to making sure we keep our production line running as smooth as possible. We want to keep pricing as low as possible while maximizing quality.

My shoe size is wrong. What do I do?

Our shoes are true to size and unfortunately we cannot refund or reship and order due to size. Please make sure you reference the size chart under each shoe product description.
